Utah shooting, Colorado homicide suspect has ties to Alexandria

She said that the settlement from Salt Lake City and the University of Utah would be used to fund a campaign against abuse of nurses and help victims obtain bodycam footage of the sort that helped her win the case.

Boutain and his wife were wanted for questioning with the killing of a 63-year-old Golden, Colorado man whose truck is missing but which authorities say Boutain may have driven to Utah.

Authorities believe 24-year-old Austin Boutain shot a 23-year-old man by the entrance to Red Butte Canyon in Salt Lake City after attempting to hijack his vehicle. People on the campus remained on lockdown hours later.

Police are investigating Ingle's death as a homicide. Inmate records indicate she was charged Monday with theft by receiving stolen property, possession or use of a drug paraphernalia and possession or use of a controlled substance.

Around 11 a.m., Salt Lake City police tweeted that the "mountain search for Austin Boutain has been completed" and that the suspect was "still outstanding".

The devices run on Android 7.1 Nougat out of the box and the company promised to release the Android 8.0 Oreo update. Sony Xperia R1 Plus features a 13MP Exmor Sony sensor at the back with auto-focus and LED Flash.

A criminal background check did not yield immediate results for Austin Boutain, though police distributed mugshots indicating he had been arrested in Marion County, Ala., in the past.

Boutain has ties to Alexandria and other parts of Minnesota.

ChenWei Guo came to the US from China, joined the Mormon church at 16 and later chose to study computer science at the University of Utah. An extensive search of upper campus and the hills above Red Butte Canyon is still on going. She says he was also dedicated computer science student.

He was wanted in the death of ChenWei Guo, a student from China who was found shot to death in his auto in a rugged canyon near the University of Utah campus. Brophy said police believe Austin Boutain had killed the driver of a auto and fled the scene.

The university said on Twitter at about 9 p.m. local time that shots were fired at Red Butte Canyon, a research area on the east side of the school in Salt Lake City, Utah.
