Kelly erroneously claimed Rep. took credit for building funding

Republicans nix idea of pairing repeal with tax reform Fla. lawmaker warned officials before retirement home tragedy Florida Dem: "Abomination" that seniors were left at nursing home where 8 died MORE (D-Fla.) said President Trump's White House is "full of white supremacists" in a new interview Friday.

"That was the message that was transmitted" by President Trump to Myeshia Johnson, Kelly said.

"I feel very sorry for him because he feels such a need to lie on me and I'm not even his enemy", Wilson told the newspaper.

The White House flashed its authoritarian streak again on Friday when press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said it was "highly inappropriate" for journalists to fact-check a false claim by Chief of Staff John F. Kelly.

Congresswoman Wilson on Tuesday claimed that Trump inappropriately told the widow of Sergeant La David Johnson that he "knew what he signed up for", during a phone call in which Trump offered his sympathy.

After President Trump drew criticism for how he talked to the families of USA soldiers killed in action, White House chief of staff and retired Gen. John Kelly tried to put the controversy to rest. He knew what he was getting into when he joined that 1 percent.

Said Kelly: "And we were stunned, stunned that she'd done it".

His appearance in the briefing room on Thursday sought to lend credibility to the discussion over Gold Star families, given that Kelly's son Robert died when he stepped on a landmine in Afghanistan in 2010.

"President Obama, I think, probably did sometimes, and maybe sometimes he didn't", Trump said.

Joel Embiid calls minutes restriction 'f***ing bulls***'
With the minutes restriction in place, Embiid concedes that Brown has a tough job in figuring out when to use him in a game. John Wall, a perennial All-Star, Beal are the 1-2 punch in the backcourt Fultz and Simmons hope they can become.

A Johnson family member, who also heard the conversation, backed up Wilson's account.

He "was doing exactly what he wanted to do when he was killed. He knew what the possibilities were".

It appears, according to General Kelly, he did.

On Thursday, Kelly clarified that he told Trump that Obama had not called, but that he did not relay the story as a criticism.

Islamic militants on motorcycles brought rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns, killing the four and wounding others after shattering the windows of unarmored USA trucks. "The congresswoman stood up, and in the long tradition of empty barrels making the most noise, stood up there in all of that and talked about how she was instrumental in getting the funding for that building", Kelly said. "All I can do-all I can do is ask my generals", he said.

"What the hell is my son doing back in the fight?"

Other family members anticipated calls from Trump that were never made.

Why? Because Kelly is a retired general and therefore should not be questioned. "There are other people who heard what I heard". And he told Trump what he was told when his own son was killed in action.
