Samsung just unveiled three new wearables, including new AirPods rivals

"Our Gear customers have been looking for more water-resistant products, and now with the Speedo partnership and the Gear Sport and Gear Fit2 Pro, we are delivering the best experience to meet their demands", explains Kiseon Kim, Vice President of Wearable Product Strategy Team at Mobile Communications Business, Samsung Electronics. The Gear Sport is an evolution of the Gear S3 Frontier, Samsung's outdoor smartwatch I reviewed past year.

In terms of size, the Gear Sport's stainless steel body measures in at 42.9 x 44.6 x 11.6mm, and weighs 50g (without the band).

The Gear Fit 2 Pro will set you back US$199, with pre-orders open tomorrow and on-sale date of September 15, though we're still waiting on those details for the Gear Sport. However, Samsung insists you'll look just as appropriate in the gym with the Gear Sport, as you would at a night club.

The headliner of the bunch of obviously the new Samsung Gear Sport, the company's latest smartwatch with fitness features.

Samsung continued to revolutionise the visual display industry at IFA 2017, with the release of a new 43-inch version of The Frame that was first unveiled earlier this year.

IS attack on Afghan mosque draws wide condemnation among Afghans
Police were promptly deployed at the site in a northern Kabul neighborhood and encircled the mosque. In the claim, IS says two of its fighters, seeking martyrdom, carried out the assault.

It's designed with military-level durability, it can handle a wide-range of environments. Samsung says the Gear Sport can last up to three days just from one single charge. It is compatible with phones running on Android 4.4 or higher and iOS 7.0 or higher. The Tizen-powered device features a 1.5-inch Curved Super AMOLED display, integrated Global Positioning System, and 4GB of internal storage.

In terms of traditional smartwatch features, there are, of course, staples like Samsung Pay and access to the third-party application storefront, as well as some goodies from the nice-to-have category like remote control for PowerPoint presentations or Samsung's own Gear VR. It's smaller than the Gear S3, too, which is nice for anyone that thought Samsung's last smartwatch was a little too bulky. The South Korean tech giant also showcased next-generation earphone, the Gear IconX 2018. Samsung hasn't announced how much the Gear Sport will cost, but it will probably sell for $200-$350.

It features a circular bezel (like the Gear S3) and AMOLED 1.2-inch display. It also features Running Coach function that provides in-ear audio exercise status updates in real-time. The wireless earbuds enable users to store music offline so that they can continue to listen even when they're offline.

You'll still find a battery capable of charging up the earphones, 4GB of storage per earbud, and up to five hours of battery life when used with a portable music player, such as the iPhone and even the iPod.
