Taylor Swift expected to testify in photo grope case

It is not known if this picture will be an exhibit on Monday as Taylor Swift defends herself against a $3 million dollar damages action brought by DJ David Mueller after she accused him of fondling her three years ago.

Now, the 27-year-old is now expected to take to the stand during civil court proceedings scheduled to begin this week.

David Mueller has sued Swift, saying he lost his job after she falsely accused him of grabbing her backstage before a 2013 concert.

"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he (Mueller) took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek, and no matter how much I scooted over, it was still there.it was not an accident", Swift said during a deposition, per The Daily Beast.

Mueller, who was with his then-girlfriend at the concert, said he "didn't do anything" and urged Swift's security team at the time to call the police. Mueller was sacked the day after the conversation. Swift brought these claims to the courts and stated that Mueller touched her inappropriate when the pair were taking a photograph backstage at one of the singer's concerts.

Mueller, who was 51 at the time while Swift was 23, has denied the allegations, and claims that Swift and her team got him fired for no good reason.

Taylor Swift will not be the only person testifying in the courts as she has asked some witnesses, and friends, to testify on her behalf in the trial.

The market hasn't cheered Tesla's earnings this much in almost two years
Model S demand was increasing, Tesla said, adding that Model S and X deliveries would rise in the second half of 2017. Tesla Inc .'s ( TSLA ) just over 100 stores in the US are useless to anyone looking to buy the Model 3.

Swift countersued Mueller one month later for assault and battery. "Swift, Mueller intentionally reached under her skirt, and groped with his hand an intimate part of her body in an inappropriate manner, against her will, and without her permission", Swift's countersuit filed in October 2015 reads.

It seems unlikely that either side in the case is in the mood to settle, meaning the jury trial considering both sides' lawsuits should go ahead this week, and could last for two weeks.

How did David Mueller respond?

According to the civil complaint, seen by DailyMail.com, he was ordered by bosses to attend Swift's show and a fan meet and greet on June 2. Swift's skirt and grabbed her bottom, while standing with his girlfriend, in front of Ms.

"A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned", she added.

Mueller's attorney has made a statement in which he claims that his client is innocent and he is determined to show this through the trial. A member of Swift's security team also told Mueller's boss at KYGO radio station what happened, and Mueller was sacked, according to a lawsuit he filed. Swift says she will donate any money she receives to charities. The trial is expected to last nine days; likely until August 17. Mueller's attorney says his client may have been misidentified after someone else touched Swift.
