Microsoft shows off the power of Project Scorpio by rendering a beetle

by Dominic Parks April 28, 2017, 1:09

For this goal, Microsoft prepared a tech demo with a woman, apparently a scientist, in a steampunk laboratory, comparing the output differences between the base Xbox One and Project Scorpio. Now for the first time we get to see actual visual results of Project Scorpio's graphical prowess. Today, we're being treated to some screenshots which show the difference in image quality and detail between games rendered at 1080p versus 4K that's possible with Project Scorpio. Here's hoping that it's ready to "bring it" when it comes to exclusive games that will take advantage of both the Xbox One and Project Scorpio. "They were shown off recently to Microsoft's "partners" at a private event".

The Xbox One Scorpio is definitely a highly anticipated console - well, it does boast 4K capabilities, so who wouldn't be excited for it?

Not planning on upgrading to a 4K HDR display? Does he have two TVs in the same room, or does he have to take Scorpio into the basement for 1080p and run back up to his 4K setup while trying to remember what the resolution looked like?

What if you don't download the 4K upgrades?

"The pictures apparently represent mere tech demos and are not from any released or in-development game".

Microsoft is working to build buzz behind the scenes for its upcoming Project Scorpio and what that console can do in 4K.

'John: 316' allegedly written on Hernandez's forehead when he was found dead
According to WCVB , there were several drawings in blood on the cell walls, including a reference to the Bible verse John 3:16. The medical examiner's office didn't immediately comment on the brain dispute and hasn't released the results of its autopsy.

Recall that Microsoft will return to present Xbox Scorpio during at E3 2017 in Los Angeles.

According to Express, the Xbox Scorpio's games list could be a bit short of unbelievable and revolutionary once it officially releases, following confirmation that there will be no new triple-A Halo games launching for Xbox One this year.

But they reveal just how impressive games will appear while playing on the new console.

Even though it's pretty easy to gauge the graphical enhancements that Project Scorpio will offer just by looking at the revealed hardware specifications, it can still be hard to imagine just how large the tangible graphical difference will be. We're used to that in the PC world.

We expect devs to do some incredible things with Microsoft's new 4K Xbox, and Microsoft will no-doubt showcase some impressive surprises at E3 2017.
